Overview

From the main entrance you enter the salon with stylish sitting area at one of the two fireplaces. There are doors to the terrace, there is a stereo / CD player, satellite TV and a DVD player (with lots of DVD’s, especially for children). Separated by a spacious arch, is the spacious dining room with antique dining area attached to the salon. The spacious kitchen has a large wooden dining area, plenty of storage space and all necessary amenities such as an ice / freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, juicer and washing machine. All kitchen utensils are present, but if something is missing in your view, we would be happy to ask our local managers to purchase this for you.

Bedrooms
Next to the kitchen there is a spacious - wheelchair-friendly - master bedroom with door to the terrace and an adapted bathroom with shower en-suite. Next to the salon is a separate bathroom with bath and shower / WC. There are two large bedrooms, one of which is suitable for three persons, in the other an authentic almond / wine press is built in, which gives the room a lot of atmosphere. This bedroom has glass doors to a terrace. The fourth bedroom is formed by the old 'bodega', with a shower / WC, two single beds and a small seating area. It has a private sun terrace with lots of privacy.

The front of the house is a partially covered terrace with teak dining area and a large garden with almond trees, avocado trees, olive trees, orange and lemon trees. Next to the pool is the sun terrace with loungers. The whole terrace has a magnificent sea view. There is ample parking behind a closed gate, and a doghouse built in Andalusian style. Dogs are therefore very welcome.

Every part of the house (up to and including the six toilets) has central heating. The bedrooms have air conditioning.
